There is an old saying that states “there is more power in silence.” However, I have come to realize that is far from the truth - now more than ever. We live in society where “difference“ is seen as a character defeat. This is a society that has been built on racism and white supremacy. And that desperately needs to change. 
          	
          	Now is not the time to remain silent. We need to speak up. Speak your truths, speak your stories and speak together. 
          	
          	Our words are the sharp knives against the dull blade of society.
