Ok so this has been driving me crazy for the past couple of months, but does anyone remember the name of this children's cartoon from the early 2000s. It had a red/orange haired girl and a small green dragon I think, and in one episode they traveled back in time and helped design the Statue of Liberty. There may also have been a magic book in it, but I don't really remember. It was a colour cartoon and they spoke English. The girl wore a black choker necklace with a star pendant on it.
