And winter means thick snowflakes that stick to your eyelashes. The smell of fresh cookies, and warm mugs of tea. Large families gathered around too small tables. Brown paper packages with pretty ribbon. Thick coats and knitted scarves. Twinkling lights that shine in the dark.

Also scraping snow-turned-ice off your car at 6:00am, because you need to make it to class -_-
