Pls pls pls helppp.  Idk if you're still on here but I'm trying to find this book that i cant remember the name of. A women finds out shes pregnant only to go home to an angry fiance who saw pictures of her "cheating" on him aith her bestfriend. She hasnt told him the news yet but he kicks her out of the house with nowhere to go. As she's alone in the streets, a car hits her and drives away but a stranger finds her and takes her to the hospital. She had a miscarriage without knowing who the driver was and became severely depressed and suicidal. The stranger who helped her became really good friends with her and kinda helped her mental state. The "fiance", i believe his name was something close to Alex,  was planning to marry someone else for a business agreement to expand his company but during his engagement party, his new fiance gets drunk and lets everyone know that it was her who edited pictures to make it seem as if the other girl was cheating. AND it was her who attempted to kill jer by dricing into her. Theres alot more to the story but hopefully someone knows this

          I am trying to find this book I can't remember the name of......but I can describe it to you.if in any way you can remember it's name plz send me the name of the story I would be really thankful to you for that.
          So here is the story details that I remember
          It's a cindrella kind of story where the lead girl lives with her step mom and step brother. Then she meets this guy who is billionaire.She always wear a pedentant of Iffel tower given to her by her brother before he died in a car accident with their mother . Although latter it's discovered he is actually alive he just has anemisia but he remembers everything after he has that "pedentant".
          I know the description is crappy but if you remember any such story plzz reply me.
