Hi, I'm Selena.

I'm neurodivergent and synesthetic, which means I don't experience stories in straight lines - I see them in overlapping images, emotions, memories, and sensations all at once. My mind builds narratives like constellations instead of roads: pieces glowing separately before forming a whole.

I have a habit of complicating what seems "simple" or "linear," because my thinking itself is layered. I sit with scenes longer than necessary. I tug at emotional threads others might pass by. I don't always take the shortest path to a story - but I always take the deepest one.

I write characters who hurt deeply, love fiercely, and carry quiet scars. I don't watch my characters from the outside - I live their pain and healing as I write them. I get tangled in their contradictions. Healing and heartbreak blur together on the page.
Whether I'm writing grounded romance or darker, myth-touched stories, my stories are built from feeling first - not plot outlines, not tidy arcs.

If you also think in spirals instead of straight lines, you might feel at home here 🌙
