I am a writer, a geek, a father, and a teacher. I've been writing for a long time, mostly for myself, but I am now working on multiple projects I hope to publish in the next few months and years. 



I'm very excited to share my work here, and I look forward to sharing in the love  of stories, science fiction, fantasy, and horror.

Endeavors: These stories chronicle a future history where anything is possible. An expedition into a "lost" star system leaves a crew searching for answers in the very fabric of space. An experiment with brain uploading yields a nightmare scenario for the resulting AI. A spacer finds themselves light years from help on a barren world. Covering hundreds of years from the world of tomorrow to the far-flung future where even Earth is a dim memory, these stories take a hard-SF approach to the big questions that we may soon face. 



Charcoal Streets: Magic. Angels. Demons. Tequila. In a city between heaven and hell, the ghosts of the past literally walk the streets. A banished angel tries to live his life without interfering in heavenly affairs. A witch helps the downtrodden. And an assassin with an ancient soul may spell doom for one of them.
