Replying here as it won't let me on the book, I don't think so but the amount of fan fics will dramatically decrease as no one in the EU will be able to publish fan fics as the characters from fandoms will be copy righted. No one will be able to share fandom content safely.

@My_smile_went_insane Heya! Defianlty into Ranma 1/2 I'm currently writing one there's also A Ranma 1/2 Amino that's active. And if you wanna find a good Ranma 1/2 Fan fiction, Try Reader X Ranma: Engaged to Ranma. It's pretty great and the author has 26 parts so far.
