There are three phrases I go through,
"Happiness is a choice." 
"Everything in life passes, and so will this."
"Be thankful for all the good things in life that make you go through all the bad times and be thankful for the bad times because those bad times are the thing that builds yourself, you independence, strength and knowledge."
