I started writing since I knew how to hold a pencil and how to spell words. I loved the idea of being a master of worlds and creator of beasts and characters. After you give something a name, it has a life. Whether that name is a weapon, an epic land, or a monster, it has life. When I was very young, I wrote stories after stories, poems after poems. I told myself I was going to be something in this life. Once the stories get out, I don't care if I have a huge fan base or a small group of followers. What matters is that my name is out there, what matters is that I did something with my life, keeping a promise I made to a young child and many close friends, having someone know me and love what I have created, and being able to be proud of myself for what I have achieved and what I have created. These books, the monsters, the people, and the worlds are all my children.
There are a few people that have been with me this entire time and made sure I kept myself in gear. Without them, we wouldn't have these books. Without them, I wouldn't have continued writing. Without them, I wouldn't be anywhere... and I can't thank them enough.
