I am 58 years old, and have written many poems and stories over the years, but never really had them published.  Haven't written anything in a very long time, and was told about this site, but my boyfriend's daughter.  I wrote my first poem in many years, and went ahead and placed it on here for all to see.  This one has a special meaning for me, and I have been thinking about it for several days now.  

I have two awesome sons, who I love dearly, and three cats who I also love very much as well.  I love to sing, and I love to dance.  And I do love to write when the mood takes me.  Perhaps there will be more to follow, once I find the pages I wrote a long time ago.
