Hey there, this is Nicholas1024. I'm an avid reader of books of all types, although I tend to prefer sci-fi/fantasy that doesn't follow the usual cliches (it'd be rather difficult to get me interested in a vampire/werewolf story, for instance.) Another quality I enjoy in books is when they manage to be family-friendly while remaining interesting to adults. (No cursing, adult themes, for instance.)

Some of my favourite works on this site would be just about anything by ironkite (particularly the adventures of Vincent Tucat), as well as The Wolfchild Saga by karenehoover, and voif1d's Dragon of Legend series. If you're remotely interested in anything related to books (which your mere presence on this page would suggest), then I highly recommend checking those out.

Regarding published works, some of my favorites would be The Lord of the Rings, anything by C.S. Lewis, the Redwall series, as well as the Dragonkeeper chronicles by Donita K. Paul, and the Legends of the Guardian King series by Karen Hancock. Other books I'd recommend would be various works by Wayne Thomas Batson and Ted Dekker.
