Hi I'm Jaycole! I'm a genderfluid millennial who is just now learning the power of the internet and how it can help me share my work; I'm almost 30. I hope to get better at it and connect with some pros in the process.

I have a bachelors in biology and work as a lab researcher in Denver, which can help or hurt in reading and writing science fiction. Nevertheless, I am committed to using my knowledge of science to create as accurate of sci fi stories as our understanding of the universe allows. I also have a deep love for philosophy, though I'll admit I have only taken one class in college.

As for my writing skills, I have won one contest in high school and the prize was a free Chipotle burrito, so that's something. I enjoy writing speculation fiction, which in my head always turns into science fiction. My writing has been described as quirky, but I will let my readers be the judges.
