@kingjoker2001 I'd say the best ideas are yours that come from inspiration because wouldn't it be a little boring to write about something your not interested in or have no idea how to create when you run out of ideas. Plus the best stories always come from inspiration and imagination (that was so cheesy) and by inspiration I mean anything that gives you a sparked idea even if it is stupid or you could just partially write a story about your life and your emotions in the form of a different world and character that represents you. ( <~ even more cheesy)
