@RobertSkittles Oh wow, good luck! I really hope you get through it smoothly. If it helps, I was anethestized once and relatively recently for a small surgical procedure. It was my first time ever and it was so smooth. Recovery kinda sucked, but it's mostly just because you can't really move much or it hurts, so it's mostly boredom.
            
            I'm working on trying to have some new DOOM out soonish!

@RobertSkittles ok good I was worried you died or something bro and I feel it man life is rough I hope things get better for you I go and get surgery Wednesday... If I make it back I look forward to rereading some of your work .. wish you the best brother!!

@The_Arrae Thank you! lol I actually hit 1k followers a long time ago but there was some big update that brought me from almost 1800 back down to 970 or so earlier this year. I'm hoping it was some big cleanup of fake accounts.

@Synergy_Momarch I have several things you'll probably like, but I would recommend either my original sci-fi/horror series called The Shadow Wars (published in full here on WattPad but also available on the Kindle), beginning with Necropolis (although if you want a true chronologically accurate telling, you should begin with Dead Ice, the first part of a prequel trilogy of novellas that take place shortly before and then alongside the first novel, but have no direct overlap, so you can safely ignore the prequel trilogy if you don't care).
            
            My other recommendation would be The DOOM Chronicles, which is the most extensive thing I've ever written (after The Shadow Wars). It's my attempt at a full-blown novelization of the entire DOOM universe...but my own personal vision of it. I began writing it in 2016.

@ZKool13 Oh lol, that makes sense. I'm glad you still like Gathering Darkness! I had hoped to have a sequel to it at this point, but my overall plans ended up getting derailed really hard. I've got an idea for a crossover with Iron Lung for the sequel now, but it's probably a ways off.
