Hi, I'm Odd Otis. I'm blind and deaf but with a little bit of help I can pretty much do anything a normal dog can do.  My dog parents wrote a heartwarming and funny book about me called "Odd Otis".  My book is an easy read and has many teachable moments on overcoming special need prejudices through patience, compassion, and lots of laughter.
