Not the type of person to work out but I did fair on my fitness test for this week.
Did a 8,6,7 stick drop test and a 56, 58 cm in sit and reach yesterday.
Did 21 push ups and a 1:30 minute basic plank today.
Still, I have a really high metabolism, I'm underweight, and I might die before I even achieve a good weight for my height.
And I'm short (5'4 for 14).
