Since these bios are more often than not just lists of things that the authors like (on this site at least) I thought I'd stick with the trend for once.
My favourite authors include, but are not limited to, in no particular order:
JK Rowling, Terry Pratchett, Cami Garcia and Margaret Stohl, GRR Martin, Holly Black, John Green, Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Dorothy Parker, Suzanne Collins, Patrick Rothfuss.
As for favourite books (not by those authors) in no particular order, as before, we've got:
Carrie, The Devil Wears Prada, Last Night At Chateau Lamont, The Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned, The House of Night Series, The Maximum Ride Series, The Dark Magician Trilogy, The Priestess of The White Trilogy and many more that I can't think of off the top of my head.
Where music is concerned, I'm fairly easy going. I like most genres as long as it isn't mindless drivel (see Nicki Minaj). When I'm writing, I tend to stick to something close to the theme that I am writing on - if it's a fight scene, it has to be fast-paced and dramatic or if it's a romantic scene, something suitably sweet. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to having the music suit the mood so I tend to make a 'safe' writing playlist and then skip as appropriate when tracks begin.
When I'm not writing, I'm a photography student (music photojournalism mostly) and when I'm not doing that, I'm a gamer - consoles, handhelds, tabletops, card games all of them.
I spend roughly 20 hours a week working at a supermarket on the tills too which isn't the most fulfilling job in the world but it pays the bills (mostly).
And I usually find time for all the housework and things too.

Sort of tempted to just give up on this whole writing thing and just play Starcraft instead...View all Conversations
