I have a PhD in English literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and mostly write about issues concerning women, literature, and society. I lived in the US for 15 years (between 1979-1994). My favorite authors include Barbara Pym, Margaret Forster, Gail Godwin, and Zadie Smith.
