I wanted to take a few moments to say to those of you that self-harm: YOU ARE NOT ALONE!  I haven't been up close and personal with self harming, but I read a story a little while ago that just about broke my heart.  I know many of you who self harm might be tired of hearing the same things over and over, but I just want you to know that I'm here for you if you ever need help.  I know sometimes it's easier to talk to a complete stranger about a problem like this, so I'm offering the little help I can give.  YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS!
