Born in 1974, I grew up in Leeds. Since then I've lived and worked in many different countries as a holiday rep, barman, chef, writer, caretaker, bicycle courier, English teacher, labourer, Christmas tree seller, conservationist, waiter, driver, canoe instructor, bookseller, field researcher.

As well as writing for magazines, newspapers and radio, I've written an offbeat book on France plus a selection of short stories called The Sunbed of Malcolm Todd. Both available at pjogley.com
