As a kid, I don't recall being bored. I would read books or start stories on a long trip in the car. So many words have been used, some have been lost. This last year I finally started really trying to get my writing out there. In other words, I stopped letting fear and self doubt rule me. Life is short, do what you love, and if you can make a difference with it, that's an added bonus. If I can't make a difference with it, at least it has metaphorically taken me to the places I wanted to go, and the states of mind that I wished for. That, and it has purged a lot of brain activity that would otherwise be wasted on worry or searching for happiness in a mall.
You can find my self-published book, Made for Me, on Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DZ5230G . (It was inspired by "The Chemistry in Your Soup!")
I have a time travel book in the works, but I sometimes need a break even from that, to jump into my flights of fancy. I am hoping this book will all come together in 2016-2017!
