I have five chapters (prologue + 4 chapters) of the new story I'm writing, would you guys like to read it?
          
          I know I taken down my last post about it but I didn't like the way I worded everything and I was having a bad day so I decided to take it down.
          
          The story is about a boy who was sold as a slave for his parents greed, he goes to take revenge on his parents for what they done to him. As he was a slave, he befriends a girl who can use healing magic and is the nicest person who is also a slave. They get bought out by the princess of the royal family, but through her decisions the girl dies leading the boy to also curse the royal family who took the only thing he ever cared about when he was a slave. He vows to not only take revenge on everyone who has wronged him, his parents, and the royal family. And no one is getting in the way of his revenge.
          
          What do you think? Still working out the kinks of it but the first five chapters are mostly done but I want to know if you all would like to read something like this.

Hot take; I absolutely despise Highschool DxD, the anime not the fanfics (y'all are so talented btw). I recently rewatched it for giggles n stuff, probably gonna give me the motivation to write again. And as I sit there, and stewed on the actual plot, the characters, n everything in between, (it's probably me overthibking or wtv) I absolutely hate everything that goes on in the anime. I know it's for like turning your brain off or something, but I just hate it every time I think critically about it.
          
          I actually liked it couple of years back tho, like- it was really good, but now, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Idk, what's your thoughts if you have any

@Feffa0005 for me it's the fact that he has the power to be infinity powerful, and they do nothing with it, they casually remind the audience that Dreg is this powerful dragon and that Issei's life expectancy is halved now in passing. And Rias is just here, turning a blind eye to the obvious preditory situations that are happening just because he's "a good guy" and "wouldn't do it without consent"

@ Pan-Somnia  to be honest i kinda feel you, you know why i think they made it the mc (issei) too pervert, like it's really creepy behavor, then the fact that even before and after Riser situation he didn't train regurlaly even throu he has a power that could rival God power of that anime, is like for us anime enjoyer and super weebs or whatever is like what's there to watch if the mc is a creepy perv and no will to do better, his harem fall for him with nothing concrete under, like he doesn't do shit and they like him, like bruh, character wise i think Kiba or Vali should be the one to have the main characters energy or the harem

I watched all of Bet, the kakegurui adaptation, and, I have to say that it's really good despite my initial distain for it. It's honestly better than I thought it would be. It has lesbianism, money, and mob bosses and I want three more seasons of that stuff.

@Pan-Somnia ikr... it's not really a straight up adaptation of the anime or manga, mostly its just inspiration, but honestly it wasn't that badm
