There's a certain satisfaction you get from reading fanfiction, and an even greater satisfaction from writing it.

Of the many story types out there, I always appreciate those that dive deeper into a fictional universe, and explore concepts brushed over in the original. I also very much enjoy world building and kingdom building fanfictions or Self Inserts (SIs). And finally, you can't go wrong with a bit of magic.
