Parched_Puffin

I come bearing another update with the whole Frost Bitten situation.
Since I'm revamping the story, I'm going to need to do a little plot work before I start over. I've done some calculations, and it's estimated that I'll take seven months to complete the story! Yikes! Here I was trying to get it written and published in a single month. I think I can see why I didn't get far now.
Of course, a big chunk of that is just getting that thing written. Nevertheless, this process also includes editing and publishing.
That being said, I might republish the unedited version here again, and then elsewhere after it's been edited. I have little dreams of selling it as a hard cover book someday. I think I'd truly feel fulfilled as an author to walk into a store and see a copy of my book being sold there.
Anyway, maybe now you're wondering about Howl too. In truth, I am working on so many stories you don't even know about. All of that is on pause now though. So, I'm not currently working on Howl.
Anyways, maybe you'll see Frost Bitten this fall, or maybe you won't see it until June next year, I truly don't know. But I hope you look forward to it nonetheless!

Hello again, peeps.
Today I want to announce that Frost Bitten will also be moving to Inkitt later, once it's been reworked.
I am also working on a second book right now. Don't worry, I'm not going back on my word and I'm going to keep writing Frost Bitten. It's likely you won't see more of it until Fall, but if there's any book I'm determined to finish, it's Frost Bitten.
In the meanwhile, keep an eye out for my new book, Howl!
It's first rough draft will be posted here, much the same as Frost Bitten. Once I get to editing it, it will be posted on Inkitt as well.
And if I post my stories elsewhere, I'll make sure to tell you!
Any way, that's all for now!

Hi folks!
It's been quite a while since I worked on Frost Bitten, and for that I apologize. However, good news! I have not forgotten about this story and I do plan to continue writing it.
But before I do, I have a question for all of you.
At some point I realized some of the characters in my Frost Bitten do not behave the way they were originally intended to. This is fine, because what I'm publishing is my first, unedited draft.
I'd like a do-over of this story. The plot remains relatively unchanged, only some events might be shifted around a little bit and some characters might be different than you remember.
Would you prefer I finish this draft first, or do you want me to start working on the revamp? (Either way the original draft will remain visible to the public)

@Parched_Puffin Normally I'd say finish the first draft and then start working on the revamp, but at the same time most people fall in the love with the first version they read and it becomes the only one they want. Some people even get pressed about changes. Don't quote me on it tho, I'm not speaking from experience. Also I'm not talking about minor editing details, I mean for bigger changes, like how characters behave. And of course this is excluding character growth, I'm more referring to a reset.
