@nikitaunam haha, I really loved your story! I actually have a connection to carbonara, too, my dad loves making it. Although that one is a little different, with eggs, pepper, parmesan, a little cooking water and instead of bacon a piece of the cheek. My dad's Italian and it's more on the traditional side but I love the hell out of it ^^ Though he wouldn't dare to put cream in his carbonara :P (But I must admit I'm kinda curious about Stuart's Stuart's carbonara, the way you described it my mouth water ;) )
