It does seem like all the posts are now apologies but I didn't get to posting new pairings last week. Life got in the way. I'm sorry! We'll be jumping back into the regular rhythm this week with a new set of pairings on Tuesday.

@ArmyGirl2oo7 The normal book club remains on hiatus with many of our members diving into the Open Novella Challenge. We adjusted to an ONC focused book club to support our community. I'll do an announcement when we come back with the traditional book club and then we can get the right book listed for you!

@PinkLiterarySociety I was just wondering if maybe we could have the number of chapters needed to be read for the ONC contest risen to 2? I'm really bad at time management, but I want to read more of these people's books, and through your book club, I've been getting to.

@twilightreverie13 We started with one because these are new stories for the most part and people didn't have much content out. The plan was to increase as we got deeper, such as March, and return to previous story pairings as well!

@tobeloved__92 Yes, I see you filled out the form. Like I said, we will not be restarting the book club with week 30 until the Open Novella Contest is finished. At that time, you will be included if you are still interested! In the meantime, we will be running a bookclub for those participating in the ONC.

So many people are doing the Open Novella Contest and wanted to share those stories with each other we decided to do hold off on the normal book club and do a themed book club for the next few months with people's ONC entries. You are welcome to come participate in that!

@ArmyGirl2oo7 Hey! We are going to be extending the hiatus of the book club. A lot of our members are pursuing OpenNovellaContest submissions and wanted to run a book club specific to that. Of course when we return to the traditional book club, we can definitely switch out your story! If you'd like to participate in the new one, post in the comments and we'll get you signed up!

Hello all!
Having entered February, we were gearing up to get the Book Club started again. A good number of the people in the community though, have expressed interest in doing an ONC book club for the stories they are starting!
We are a club of the people so the normal book club will remain on hold for the time being as we have some fun with the ONC! Shortly, I'll be posting a book for ONC sign ups and then on Monday, I'll do pairings and get this show on the road!
