Before I depart one final time, I have an inquiry- is it just me, or does every ftm binder website seem to be inaccessible in some way or another (expired encryption, invalid IP, "this page does not exist", et cetera)? I think the net neutrality problem thing is behind this but I'm not positive about it, so could someone please look into this?
