For those who are interested in who I am (and if you are reading this, I will assume you are), I am Jordan 'Porkpye' Bonner. What I am is a man (a young man, but a man all the same) with a mask full of myself and a me full of ideas. I am the author of a work-in-progress dark humor/science fiction story called 'The Names of Night'. I also fancy myself something of a poet, but whether I'm any good at it is for you, the reader, to decide. While some of my offerings may seem dark and violent, know that I am a believer in the triumph of good over evil, of the struggle inside every human being between the cruelty of the human condition and the benevolent potential of human nature, and in the philosophy that every human being, even a pale and introverted schmuck like myself, is capable of both wonderful and terrible things. If you can see a story for more than just the words, and can feel the potential of every page in your bones, no matter how rough a shape it may be in, then I invite you to read my work, and tell me, with brutal yet constructive honesty, what it says to you.
