          	I have almost finished her novel, The New Little Princess. I need PUBLISHED writers (not just on wattpad but published in magazines and of books published by publishing companies - not self-published) to critique the manuscript. I will exchange Chapters with such writers every week and give/receive comments until each of us has read and commented on the other's whole book. As The New Little Princess, Part  I of the Princess Trilogy, has 10 Chapters, the whole process will take about 3 months.

Happy 2022 everyone!
          
          As I said last year, hope next year is better than this horrible one!
          
          Some things are better: most economies have recovered and most people are out of constant lockdowns but we've been slipping back as too many Governments overreact to Omicron.
          
          Here's a shocker: so long as you're vaccinated, Omicron won't kill you or even put you in hospital in most cases but it will give you a healthy dose of natural immunity. So relax!
          
          I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I am still doing what I announced I was working on back in August: the New Little Princess final manuscript (so big it may turn into a novel and 2 sequels!) and a New Little Princess website (so difficult and time-consuming because I haven't got a clue about computers).
          
          When that is done, as Gen MacArthur told the Philippines in 1942, "I shall return!"

No, I'm not dead yet, nor is the Princess . . . 
          
          For those of you who did not notice that, as the Filipinos say, we were "mag-aaAWOL", carry on sleeping. Sorry to disturb  . . . 
          
          We were doing two things:
          
          (1) writing and rewriting the final version of The New Little Princess manuscript to be submitted for publication soon and also "Princess' Apocrypha", a collection of Princessstories including some first published here on Wattpad.
          
          (2) Trying in vain to set up a Princess "platform", meaning throwing Princessstories around on many sites, mostly unread, then deciding to concentrate on building up a Princess website, which is proceeding slowly on Wix.
          
          But mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa, I should not have deserted sites like Wattpad where the Princess has some followers!
          
          We are not quite ready to come back with both feet but have updated our followings now and will put new followers' books in the Treasure Box, as well as carrying on putting all major Princesssongs into the Princessy Songbook.
          
          As for now, the NLP says "Hey, cock!" (which has no sexual connotation in Manchester, where she comes from!) and I say "G'day!" to everyone. If you write on my  Conversations I'll try to reply.

@RangeRally Princessstories are a great place to go to forget about your troubles and worry about the Princess' for a while (usually with a hsppy ending!).

            Yes, Wattpad's software is often unreliable . . .
            
            I went to your site and some things have changed. I think your name (but not your handle) has changed and I remember many stories but now see only one. Perhaps I got unfollowed at your previous incarnation to be  followed at your reincarnation (hope Jesus doesn't do that . . . ). If you had answered my last message last January nothing bad would have happened. But now I have to assume that, in the change of identity, you never saw it. And it appears that I am following you too now (I didn't know it) so it's really "All's Well That Ends Well"!
            
            Right now, I'm a tad punch drunk, staggering about, everything has changed so suddenly.
            
            But one thing is clear in my scrambled brains: I remember you as one of our best, always supporting the Princess and reading Princessstories. Yes, you were a good friend and I hope to be as well. I will go visit Slixer to celebrate. And you'll find some new Princesstories too . . .
            
            The Chinese say "There is no greater joy than reuniting with a lost friend." I say "sheu": "it's true".
            
            And by the way . little Princess, I do have a long memory and a bad temper, but I never go after the innocent. So you should work on being innocent more often, like @RangeRally.

@-yokluklar_ It always happens but not instantly. I only check wattpad once in 1-2 days.
            
            But I do not see that you followed me. That is why there is no follow response.
            
            A little delay is good: it shows who cares about the Princess and who are just follow-beggars. The latter tend to disappear as soon as they come.
