Is anyone else having weird inbox-related issues? Apparently I have no messages and if I try to send one I get an error. Other times it just gives me a blank screen saying "whoops! Something went wrong." 
          	
          	It's been like this for TWELVE HOURS NOW Wattpad. D'you think you could try getting this dealt with in a reasonable amount of time? Jeezus.

@JessicaBFry A couple of days!? Wow, I consider myself luck that it's only been that way for a few hours! And it's kind of working again. Kind of.
          	  
          	  Nah, vacation is going until Sunday, then it's back home. Having fun out here, but today it's nasty and overcast. Not ideal beach weather. But all the other days have been great! Trying to write some more of Threads of the World, but not having much luck.

            Nah, you're safe. I'm happy you like it! I'm actually working on another story at the moment. Not to mention being on break (apparently my brain has taken that as permission to slack as well). 
            
            However, I do have a good amount of the next chapter written. And I hate to disappoint... so you can probably look forward to an update tomorrow. The other story is still undergoing initial writing and editing (wanna have it as close to perfect as possible upon publication), but I know it'll be worth it.
            
            I saw you voted on Things That Lurk Below as well. I hope you found that enjoyable as well. It was kind of my first crack at horror, so... there's surely room to improve.

So in the next chapter for Queen of Thieves, there's a bit of a thunderstorm. And I may have been listening to an audio recording of a thunderstorm and gotten carried away, but whatever. Thunderstorms and rainfall are like, the most soothing thing to me.

Just put up the newest chapter of Queen of Thieves! Which brings my total 2015 updates to 3, meaning I'm now eligible to be in the Wattys this year!
          
          I owe this mostly to a friend who was kind enough to share her computer with me, which meant I could work on this chapter!

@Couzay They've changed a bunch of stuff in terms of how you can enter. One of the big ones is that uncompleted works are allowed this year. Of course, I still had to add the #Wattys2015 tag to my story in order to "officially" enter.

Hey Lou! Thanks for adding A Bandit Without Faith to your library :) I hope you enjoy it! Your story had me at queen (powerful women in fantasy are my weakness) so I'll definitely be checking it out!

I kind of traded a couple of days with one of her old computers in exchange for a week's stay at the beach when we go in July. I'd say if I can focus on writing, it's a perfectly reasonable exchange. :D
            On the plus side, I might get a new one sometime next week, depending on whether the post service decides to be functional or not.

@Queen_of_Thieves I just had the exact same thought after reading your synopsis! Both skilled thieves who get stuck with maps and the bad luck that comes with them! Ahh, not having a computer can be a drag but at least you have a friend willing to help :)

Funnily enough I read a bit of your story and couldn't help but think about our protagonists meeting. Two women, both skilled thieves. I'll certainly read more of yours later. In the meantime, I'm managing to bum a computer off my friend for a few hours at a time so I can work on my story on Wattpad. :D

So my latest project idea is a sci-fi story called "Nightfall," and it focuses on a futuristic world in the wake of a vampire-fueled apocalypse. And a genetically modified hunter hired to track down and kill one of the last remaining vampires. 
          
          In other news, "Queen of Thieves" is doing well. I know I'm not exactly reliable all the time, but I've got a majority of the story planned out. On top of that I've written one and a half chapters in two days, so I may jsut keep that momentum going. It will be a fairly short high fantasy story at only 20 chapters - probably ~50,000 words. However, I have plenty in story for the dear Queen of Thieves.
