A new story was posted today! It’s another romance in the Bellerive Bullets (hockey) universe. 
          
          My ex dumped me because it was playoff season.
          
          Apparently, after three years together, I was too much of a distraction.
          
          Fine.
          
          If he wants to focus on hockey, I'll give him something to think about.
          
          When a chance encounter lands me in the same restaurant as his biggest rival, WHL superstar Auston Roberts, I make him an offer neither of us should accept: fake date me through the playoffs. My ex gets distracted, Auston gets under his skin, and I get the satisfaction of watching the man who broke my heart realize exactly what he gave up.
          
          It's supposed to be temporary.
          
          It's supposed to be pretend.
          
          It's definitely not supposed to involve playing house.
          
          But somewhere between the staged kisses, the late-night conversations, and the man behind the headlines, the lines begin to blur. The rivalry on the ice is real-but so are the feelings neither of us saw coming.
          
          Now the playoffs are coming to an end, the cameras will eventually stop rolling, and I'm left wondering if revenge was ever the prize... or if I found something worth fighting for instead.
