For my story in progress, would you lads and lasses like it if I use vague inspiration on real military formations?
Ex: French Legion Etrangers, German Freikorps, etc.

@Rad3eIR witch is what happened during the berzerker war ,however did they keep the berzerkers a secrets ,also i just thought maybe making speed not recognized as a champion by people but recognized by other military and high ranking rescuers ,who salute him in public due to respect? It could add some scenes were the others are confused why such high ranking members are impressed by speed ,it also ties back to alfred who was a high level officier

@Darktimevoyager It does! ...at least the idea of a nation state is still not present, only a continent state is present! I can totally see that every villages, towns and cities own a large degree of autonomy, so that's why in turn, I suppose that every villages, towns and cities needs to give a certain amount of military personnel in case of a danger asserting itself internally or externally... in this case, the "Rescuers" can be drafted into a military formation in case of an emergency
