Do you think I'm moving too slowly through the story? Like, would you rather I just got on with the Quarter Quell? Because I want to put 2-5 chapters at the beginning of Act 3 on how Riven and Finnick interact once they're separated.
It's gonna have some general angst if that helps, but I'd love to know your thoughts. I feel like I'm stretching the fic out- I'm definitely gonna post something and get a general opinion, but I wanted to see what my top commentors thought first lmao

also this is such a stupid question, but have they haven't formally called each other boyfriend have they? like I've written them referring to each other as lovers but they've never had a conversation abt it, right?
I could be completely off and mixing them up with one of my many drafts, though. If what I said is true, would you want them to have that conversation, or is it kinda implied by them being "together" for nine years? It could always be brought up in a near-death moment too, like a quick "be my boyfriend" at the end of the quarter quell. Or it could be like a long-winded late-night conversation.

@ElijahTucker097 It depends. Sometimes I make the character, plan their deaths and THEN add all the happy, knowing it will break everyone when they die.
