          I'm so glad to spend almost half of my year on this app.
          I am so proud of you for making it this far, you should be happy for yourself!
          I know some struggle out there, and I understand what you're going through is painful and hard, but promise me never to give up, I know you can do it, just take your time.
          
          Again, I am so proud of you for making it this far into your life. Treat yourself, get extra rest, eat until you're full, watch a movie, talk to friends/family, have fun, do whatever that makes you happy, and only YOU happy, because you truly deserve it.
