          I've just read your first few essays and I'm really impressed!  You have a talent to take very complex ideas and ground them with simple connections in daily life!

            Do those essays exist as a soft cover book somewhere?  I looked around on Amazon but couldn't find that title.   I'm hoping to give your essays in a book form as Christmas gifts.

I just had a friend stop by with a stack of photos from the African safari she just got back from.  Among many beautiful and fascinating shots was one of a cheetah cub.  Made me think of Lara and your great story.  And I felt the need to say, "Hi."  Hope things have been going well for you.
