I am a quirky woman who writes to help me understand and let go of life's complex emotions. Writing has always allowed me to vent and cope with pain, anger, joy, sadness, and frankly just all around life. It's certainly less dangerous than smashing a windshield with a sledgehammer, an how I cease to act like a guest on Springer. My works are autobiographical and that's why the screen name - to protect those who I write about and myself. I am finding my "joie de vivre" again and it's been through unraveling the lump of barbed wire within, defining it through my poems and then letting it go. I am re-posting some of the poems I saved from my other account, so be patient with me please!
