@CeeMTaylor I'm both excited and scared at the same time by that. I just hope Arden catches a break, I feel like he went through a lot in the third one. 
            
            I have a weird feeling Siath might die and then Valory will have to become king by the end of the story. That would be such a sad ending though, especially because Valory never wanted to be king but I guess this one is going to be darker then the other three so I wouldn't be shocked if it ended that way. 
            
            All of that sounds really interesting, I can't wait to see what you come up with! :D

It's definitely gonna be colder -- I can tell you that much for sure.
            
            I wouldn't worry about the deaths *too* much. I can't make any promises because I haven't actually made final decisions, but ... you'll see.
            
            The next project will be fantasy, yeah, though I'm not sure what vibe I'm going to go for yet and there are a lot of things about it that aren't quite coming together. I want to try to take some famous tropes and reimagine them in a high fantasy context -- a masked hero (like Zorro), a beast (Beauty and the Beast), a political revolution, a popular drug with unintended side effects. It's going to be a high fantasy / dark fantasy settings with colonial undertones and a dystopian twist. I have some ideas and character sketches but it's not super concrete as yet. Still working on it!

@CeeMTaylor I like all the ladies (well, all of them except Sybina) so I'd be surprised  if I didn't like her. I'm curious about her enchantment because apparently she can communicate with sea creatures and I think that's awesome. Also, it will also be cool to see what Saria is going to be like and how different it is to Oceana. The more locations to explore the better! :D
            
            Oh no, don't tell me that, there's been too much death already. You implied that more then one person is going to die as well, which makes me very concerned. This book sounds like it's going to be really sad, I'm not sure I'm prepared. 
            
            It's cool you're so passionate about writing, I'm glad you get so much of enjoyment out of it! I love your writing so I'll read anything you publish. Would your next project be fantasy as well or have you not decided on anything yet? I'd love to hear any details your willing to give about your next project even if it's a while before you post anything.
