            The setting and characters are unique, for the characters, I know it’s kinda cliché for pick the MC as one of the favorite characters but I have several reason for me to like John.
            
            And oh man, I’ll not forgetting about Herman the museum guy, he’s nuts but that made him a memorable character for me. And I really dislike Wouter, he just gave me a bad vibe throughout the story.
            
            One of the memorable moments for me was museum scene where John encounter Herman, I’m laughing so hard.
            
            Overall, it’s a great story for me.

It’s quite a long story but still great and entertaining. Great world building, there’s a ton of interesting moments here.
            
            I love you didn’t make Lucan bad without any reason. He and his uncle, Herrod have their own perspectives and keep blaming each other. I still hate Lucan, but he’s a quite a good villain. Rikart’s life is sad for me, like I want him to reunite with his daughter, (but after what happened to him; i don’t to spoil the story) it’s a heartbreaking moment.
            
            Overall, the first book is great and looking forward to read the second and final book.

I hope you’re enjoying the story/world building. It’s a massive story to tell and will span three books in all. I’m working on book two which begins as a backstory to the main villain and why he became the villian
