Richard R. Bakare is a Minister of the Gospel, Career Coach, Academic and Marketing professional. He is the Director of Faith for Success Ministries, Associate Pastor of New Covenant Church Medway and Academic Director at a UK educational institution. The mandate of Faith For Success Ministries is to teach and train Christians, church workers and ministers on how to develop faith in God and use their faith to build successful Christian lives. FSM's weekly radio broadcast is aired in Eastern and Southern Africa and equips young people and Christian professionals with the capacity to fulfil their God-given potential. Besides authoring several marketing textbooks and a CV Writing guide, Richard also authored Faith For Success In Exams. He is married to Deborah and they are blessed with three children - Princess, Jessie and Emmanuel.
