in general i would just say it’s obsessing over gay people and making everything about an lgbtq+ book or fic youve read. i’m not the best at explaining sorry if it doesn’t make too much sense 

so to my understanding, fetishizing gay relationships mean that welll- let’s say you see two gay men in a relationship on tik tok. You then run to the comments saying “omg gl characters” or “this one is the top and this is the bottom.”
