Okay so this is a long shot, but I'm trying to find a series that I read on here a couple years ago. I think the author might have deleted their account (not that I can remember their username tbh), but the series was about a detective and a blind man (his partner) that solved crimes, and the blind partner had this power to do with ghosts? The series was set in the UK and they were trying to solve some disappearances that went back decades, something to do with the blind partner's orphanage.
It wasn't a happy series by any means, and there were lots of dark themes, but it was such a well-written series that I'd love to find it again. I'd even be more than happy to buy it if it's been published, I just can't narrow down enough what I'm looking for The author's username was possibly Dan-something? But other than that I've got no idea, so I could use the help lol
