Shakespeare said "All the world's a stage" and for the most part that tiny sentence is true in many ways. It might be different for a lot of people and some might choose not to believe it. Shakespeare was on to something though. For every person there is a different story line and different characters that are linked in different ways. But wether our part is the main role, a supporting character, or part of the chorus 
We must act well our part for there all the honor lies.
