I’m a huge fan of what you’ve done with Princed! It just did something for me while I was dealing with a hard time in my life. You’re an excellent writer, and I LOVE your art. Your expressions and humor is executed perfectly in your art. I hope you come back and continue the story
Is princed on hiatus or discontinued? Because it's really interesting and funny and WAY better than most stories out there. I mean Froglip is just HFKFHAKDHFHD he's so funny and you're like rooting for him to get together with Irenie even before he gets turned into a human despite the fact that he's a hideous looking goblin and HFKSHDHFKSGFA I CAN'T I LOVE HIM
@_onyyx_ Princed is on hiatus! Sorry for the late response, I'm actually more on Tapas and Webtoons than Wattpad for the moment, while I'm getting my stuff together, Princed has been put on hiatus. Although I have the entire story mapped out, it's just a going to have to wait until I'm finished one of my current projects ^^' I'm very glad you like the trash prince tho! He's been very fun to write
Congratulations! Hope you the best of luck with Netvor on tapas! Quick question: how did you move it there? Did they offer you or did you ask them? I would really like to know how to earn money for my writing in the future.
@JODI_A also I should mention that I didn’t get a deal, lol tapas has no idea who I am, but I’m working on getting a following there so maybe they might one day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Probably less than three dollars for a years work, but with all of Wattpad problems I just decided moving was the right thing for me. (Also Wattpad has a lot of thefts from it because it’s a well known site).). My advice as a very careful author, to create some sort of revenue:
- you can set up a patreon, and link people to support it.
- post your work on sites that provide incentives and link people to those works so you get more page traffic
-It’s important to note that ANYONE can earn money on Tapas. You don’t have to be a ‘premium author’ there. The premium artists fo get more advertising and advantages, but you can be a small time author starting out and still gain a following which will lead to ad revenue given enough time and if one of the people scouting sees your work you can get a deal but I don’t know how likely this is.
However It can take a long time of thankless, quick updating on Tapas to break through and become noticed (you won’t get access to add revenue until you reach 100 subs) but honestly the offers you get in messages from people on the behalf of starry and dreame and what not lock you into a contract for small amounts of money so they’re not worth it. At no point does tapas own any of your work, that’s what I found most desirable from them.
Best thing: once you get past 250 subscribers on Tapas people can donate to you and readers can watch adds to get points which they can donate to you. (Again it’s not much but something’s better than nothing).

I will never get rid of the whole story on Wattpad, because in all honesty there is so much love and kindness and creativity in the comments that have been left in the discussions that were had. I have always said this in the comments, I love people’s theories, they bring life to my soul. Readers were so much more deep and thoughtful than I ever intended to make my characters, and WAYYYY TO SMART, lol I could never keep my twists a surprise. When I feel like I haven’t done anything worthwhile or my hopes as a writer get let down, I always go back to those pages because they are full of the most heartfelt replies, my wonderful readers who took the time to let me know they were moved by something I had made.
Because of these comments I’ll be keeping the first two chapters up and the thank you page (as well a a couple of the other non-chapters) and I’ll be making a formal authors note at the end of the story to explain where I’ve moved it to so that future readers can check it out if they find it here on Wattpad, but for now, I’ll only be able to be reached on Tapas:

So I have been a bad writer ^^’ I’ve been so involved in my comic on Tapas that I haven’t posted anything or done much in the community and now I’m here to do this:
From this point I’m moving Netvor to Tapas.
Just to clarify this message doesn’t affect other works I’ve posted and I do hope to get back to writing for Princed once I have some more security and stability in my daily life, but before I publish anything new, I need that stability. As for Netvor moving, The whole story isn’t up on Tapas yet because I’m doing a whole republishing thing to keep working on my content.
The reasons I’m moving this story aren’t terrible, I love people on Wattpad, but it has stories stolen from it regularly. Tapas also has a way for content creators to actually earn money back. Netvor is still 100% free on Tapas, but creators get a little add revenue when their stories reach a certain level of subscribers and although it’s not much, it’s a something. A lot of the hardest working, most creative authors on here do so for free and don’t get that much recognition. I was SOOO lucky people read my book. At least on Tapas if I have enough people commenting, liking or subscribing, add revenue does really help and it can make my story more recognized in the site. I honestly have no idea how Wattpad hashtag ranking works anymore and most of the time there’s no way to support the general amazing number of subscribers.
Before I take Netvor down, I cannot express how deeply loved I have felt on Wattpad. I was a nobody (still am lol) but the wonderful readers who would talk with me in the tags, and the guys with the really cool reading list names who added my book and everyone in the forums who I’ve unfortunately lost contact with due to that going down have meant so much to me. All those poor book club readers who I forced my novel upon, you were far too kind ^^’

Hello everyone! I’m sorry to be doing this now, but after some thought, I’ve decided to put Netvor on Mature. My content, as everyone is well aware, is pretty vanilla, but I’ve heard this is one way to decrease the number of thefts of original work.
I’m not sure whether I’ll be taking it down permanently as I’m a little concerned about how many websites have posted it on their website without my permission, but for now, it will just be labeled ‘Mature’
@JMRiddles I hope it worked out!! I wasn’t able to get the third one done, but I do look forward to purchasing it once i get some book cash, we’ve come a long way (you more than me, but still good ^^’)
@RosesnWater That's a good idea. I should probably put my mature chapters back over the censored ones and just let my series be mature. I'm past the point for any chance of ranking, and it's all coming down in a few months anyway. In the meantime, I can at least reduce its risk for getting nabbed.

@RosesnWater Glad you've avoided them. I feel so sorry for the people who fell for Tencent's promises and got caught in their web.
@JMRiddles first I am sorry about your friend passing away and how she was mistreated, that’s terrible. I agree, usually I keep my head out of it, but it’s really terrifying people can just steal work like this. I’m just glad legally I’ve never signed up with them before, because then I would be in REAL trouble.
@RosesnWater I've been getting tons of private messages and emails from these damn Tencent pushers, and it's been happening for a while. I ignore them or flat out tell them no, but what scares me is China doesn't always take no for an answer. They outright steal intellectual property, and there's nothing you can do about it. It's been out of hand for a while. I had a friend (she's since passed away) who was a famous artist, and her art got stollen by manufacturers in China all the time (they'd slap her art on cell phone covers, mousepads, etc), and she had no legal recourse to stop it. I've heard they'll steal novels and just change names around and say it's theirs. It's a scary time to be a writer or artist.

@RosesnWater it's Kristoff's song! But I totally get the metaphor. It is a very common motif in fairytales, and if any two characters are lost, it's definitely those two. Something about the word "monstrous" doesn't work for me. I think because it could also mean a huge heart.
@sydahlia oh nooo, where is it in frozen 2???ಠ_ಠ (this is going to fly over everyones head so bear with me) i actually thought ’Lost in the Wood’ as a possible commercial title because in fairytales the forest is generally a metaphor for the subconcious and in the sense aceline and armel are kind of lost im their subconciois before finding one another. But yah, i may be stickimg with netvor for tue meantime because it works so well. Tho i was also tossing arond ’A Monstrous Heart’ but im not too sure on that yet....
