I've self-published five books. The first two installments of The Legend of Zelkova series. Iris Before the Storm a romance novel set in the old west. Field of Scars which takes place in medieval times and is about a prince and a king. Then I also have a poem book. All available on amazon. 

The stories on here take place before the first book, The Legend of Zelkova. To help round out the characters more and give a better understanding of the world she comes from. I hope you enjoy.

A short author bio:
I started writing short stories when I learned how to write and read. Taking inspiration from nature, and the world around me. Growing up on a small farm I learned how to take care of the land I lived on and to not take this world for granted. In the back of my mind, I had always hoped to become an author, and never told my dreams of becoming one to those around me, in fear of the dream would be shattered. When I moved from a rural town in NC to a larger city in San Diego, my imagination took flight. 

I write in several genres. First is high fantasy. My first series is, The Legend of Zelkova: Elementum and Umbras, that will expand into its own literary universe. The first and second installments are now available. The third installment is in the works. 

I also write dark romance. These use strong language and intimate scenes that cannot be found in my fantasy novels. These books tend to be an outlet for pain I feel and to shine a light on depression and other invisible illness in an adventurous way.
I am now trying my hand at short stories which I am putting on here in hopes to connect with like-minded readers and writers.
