Hello! 
          	Both Once Shattered and The Perfect Revenge will be taking a temporary hiatus. I’m still writing them- even worked on Once Shattered a little bit last night. The goal is to have them both completed in September. August has just been so busy I wasn’t able to write enough and posting a chapter per month has been just silly. The next time I post for either story will be much more substantial.
          	 After next week the kiddo goes back to school and I will be done with the hectic summer! 
          	I’ll keep ya updated!

Everyone    — I think this author is protecting her writing by moving over to Patreon. I saw an authors note for one of her books about it and took a look around. Once Shattered hasn’t been finished there, but she did share that it’s most likely a duet bc Derrick needs that many pages to grovel and for redemption.

@KellyLee467 sorry that seems like an ad for Patreon and Inkitt. But I just thought people should know they can follow authors from here to there, but also find other authors (Esp on Inkitt) to help find new stories to read. And that it’s legitimate.

@KellyLee467 it depends on the author. I think she may have a membership fee, I can’t remember. The authors can post their work with different levels of access. Some have mixed content that is free or require memberships. And those memberships vary in price, content access depending on the author’s settings. 
            A lot of successful authors are publishing previews here on WattPad, and full works on these sites bc of the automated scrapers/bots copying their work from here and posting to pay per chapter/pay to read/scams sites. 
             
            For fiction readers, Patreon and Inkitt are legitimate apps/websites that open up access to new, quality content. I really recommend giving the free content a try, especially if you find yourself in a slump or looking for new books/authors to follow. 
            Both Patreon and Inkitt have advantages for authors such as potential publishing opportunities and control over their work. 
            Both have better protections to reduce plagiarism and stolen materials. And they have ability to earn more from their writings than from Wattpad.
