I don’t know what to do. Her mother doesn’t care about her, my mom has tried to help so many times, and her therapy lessons seem to be making her feel worse. I miss my best friend. Now she’s always cold towards me or quiet and sad, and it’s breaking my heart.
@Sabrina_Sencen "There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't." Sometimes, life kicks us around, and it's for a reason. Let her know how much you care, how much you need her. Find fun stuff to do, and just... be that one friend who understands.
@Sabrina_Sencen she needs to get rid of her thoughts....her mind is tricking her and she's sunking further.. if she doesn't fight it then you can't help her! Don't be there for her because you pity her....be there for her and make her know that whatever she says won't get to you and you'll be there no matter what! You being worried or crying...begging her to come back will only make matters worse ....noo matter how hard it is....you have to be strong for her! I'm here if you ever need me cos I relate to stuffs like this
