Hey guys, not much time to read and comment on our book of the week, Susan's Plague. I will be going over the comments tomorrow and based on the quality & quantity of the comments, I will pick next weeks book.

Here is a link to the book:

I want to join the network. I have yet to actually publish my book /.\

Actually, I don't see a dystopian book on your profile. When you put one up, let me know and I will add it. Thanks!!

Our first "Book of the Week" Is Susan's Plague. I will go through and read comments for this next Monday and will announce the new book next Tuesday. Let me know if you would like to see changes to how this contest is judged. Thanks!

No comments yet? Well the contests should get better as we get more people. I may not be the best club host, but hopefully we can get it going!

We will start our "Book of the Week" tomorrow, yay!

I will pick a book and I encourage everyone to read and comment on as many chapters as you can. Why? Because the next week's book choice is based on the quantity / quality of the comments.

Three sincere, two line or more comments will beat five useless ones so make sure you leave helpful, positive, or constructive comments~

We should have a top book for every week! The club members could vote for their favorite book from the club that they have read every week and have some sort of prize for the winner!

RexEynon

Hmm... Its difficult. A featured story, or chapter would be good. Or then you could do an in depth review or critique? Advertisement... I'm not too sure, i've not spent much time on this site to be honest.

I think it is a good idea too. Any ideas on prizes?

Across the Ocean, Across the Sea

The House doesn't forgive and it never forgets.

Aira 78D9B is intelligent. Aira 78D9B functions well in the societal group. Aira 78D9B is found to be attractive by other intelligent life forms. Why can't she be sold out of the House? Why must she stand by and watch her friends go-- one by one-- as she waits behind, biding her time until the Admin come to take her to the Tubes and force her to become a human incubator?

When Jaeda, her closest friend and almost sister, is sold to a company in the Underbelly of Kalypso, mankind's new home planet, Aira realizes that there may be something more to the whole scheme than just the House providing servicers to the free beings. Deciding to turn her back on the only life she's ever known, she escapes from the House and stows away to Earth: a world nearly forgotten by time and progress. There, she'll discover why the House sought to keep her locked away–– why she is still being hunted by them–– what happened to her childhood friend, Iorin–– and, most importantly: what is the cause of the decay and corruption that threatens to drag humanity into a Fourth Shadow.
