Hi, you can call me Sarafina!

When I was a little girl, I preferred to live in an imaginary world, because you see, it was easier that way. I was called by many nicknames, but there was one that stood out"Sarafina"[And there will be a story about that.]

I write stories about parenting my siblings, working as a young parent to my young sisters as a fourteen-year-old orphan girl, friends/people, family lives in general, short fiction, and growing up in a small village in Kabale, southwestern Uganda- It is really a beautiful place with a lake, hills, and dark-skinned stout Bakiga people.

Am glad and appreciate you taking the time to read and get to know me. I am convinced that writing is just about that, little pieces of our souls being preserved, especially with our newly conquered world of the internet.
It brings me joy and comfort knowing that someday even when I am no longer here, somewhere in this world a Miss/Mr so and so can still find pieces of me preserved in the time I sat down on my computer and typed them, floating somewhere on the internet web.

You are welcome to leave me comments, I love hearing from other readers and writers. As a writer without a great education, I get better by learning from you. Follow me if you would like to ride with me. it might be a roller coaster at times and nausea is likely to set in at any time, but I always find comfort and healing writing it, and I hope you will too as you read.

XOXO
