In an alternate universe, humans left their homeworld long before us, spreading to space at the height of imperialism with the help of the enigmatic Eternal Crystal for never-ending fuel. The Occupied Systems Collective unified all of humanity and has now stretched to cover five Reaches each five years of space travel apart, the OSC Core, Inner Reach, Mid Reach, Outer Reach, and the brand new Frontier. In this fading dynasty many stories are taking place simultaneously and yet so far, far away from each other.
