Like without much complexity in characters to make it relevant there in kindle for new readers
Shiva and Gowri

Adhiran and Innisai have 2 sons
Elder one Agathiyan, younger one as well as adopted Aadhavan
Jai shankar and Devaki
They have only Jayadev
Jayadev and Uyir have
Thulir
Thalir and Thuyavan
There is not going to be much complexities nor any references from previous generations will be there..... So making it more simple and relevant
Let's reduce the wealth too....
Shiva's family have only hospital chains which is now handled by Aadhiran and will pass down to Aadhavan as Agathiyan choose police profession...
Jaishankar have Dev industries which is now handled by Jayadev...... Which will pass down to Thalir and Thuyavan
There is not a sibling relationship between Shiva and Devaki....
They just binded by the marriage of Uyir and Jayadev...
Keeping more character will confuse the new readers that's why.....
